You know what they say about the quick and the dead, right? We're quick with our shipping. Any in-stock items ship the next business day. However, please be aware that all of us are still overseas in Iraq, and we're relying on family members to handle shipping from back home. As such, give them some slack; we promise that we'll always make it right, if you ever have any issues, however understand that email communications are not as reliable or simple for us over here as they are when we're back home.
Items that are out-of-stock should be marked as such on our web page, so that you can purchase them on backorder for later shipment. When you use a credit card to purchase out-of-stock shirts, we do NOT charge your credit card until the shirts ship. However, PayPal mandates immediate payment even when the shirts are out-of-stock; this is outside our control, so please be understanding. Therefore, when dealing with out-of-stock merchandise, we recommend that you use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) directly on our site, so as to postpone being charged until the items ships to you. Out-of-stock shirts generally take two to four weeks for us to have printed; though we try to re-order when stock is low, rather than waiting for us to run out completely.
As of now, we ship all orders by United States Postal Service First-Class mail to provide fast, inexpensive delivery and ensure our packages arrive safely. The USPS ships to domestic street addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We never thought shipping should cost half again as much as all the items in your order, though that's often the case with some competitors. Instead, our shipping and handling charges are a fixed flat $3 per order. Buy two or more items, and get free shipping/handling! We currently don't have the ability to easily offer shipping options other than First Class mail, but if it's a real emergency, please email us and we'll try to help.
We've all suffered from DFAS mistakes on our LES's and from problems with Casual Pay at the finance office; so we've learned from that. We work hard to ensure our payment policies are fair and flexible. We readily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as all Visa and Mastercard debit cards. We NEVER store any credit card information on our servers and always fully encrypt and protect it during transmission to our payment processing partner, which itself has the best track-record in the business. Our private internet traffic is protected by high-grade SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, and our authenticity is verified by SSL Certificates that are validated by Geotrust (you'll see the site seal upon checkout to confirm our identity and security). We also accept PayPal, through which you can use your PayPal account balance, electronic checks, or even credit cards (though it's much easier to do so directly at our site). We're really good with returns, should you have any problems with your order, and are committed to making it right.
